The area's beauty is a nicely laid-out modern campus with well-equipped academic and healthcare buildings. It is located at Bangladesh's Ashiyan Shikka Nagor, Barua, Khilkhet, Dhaka-1229. Dhaka's Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport is about a 10-minute drive away. Khilkhet Lake City Concord, Pink City, and Swadesh Property are also close by. The College and Hospital are situated in a four-story structure on its own property. The building's construction is now complete. It features a large open area on the side of the building for parking and other utility purposes.
To meet the needs of a modern medical college and hospital, the various departments and wards have been set up and structured in a planned manner. Students and academic staff of the institution now have access to three lecture rooms with multimedia presentation capabilities, an administrative building, a modern library with 4000 latest medical text volumes on various subjects, and internet access.
Cabins, general wards, consultant chambers, Operation Theater, ICU, dialysis unit, reception, contemporary diagnostic lab, and hospital office are all located at Ashiyan Medical College Hospital, which is completely air-conditioned, modern, tastefully furnished, and equipped. The preclinical departments have been properly arranged. Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, and Community Medicine are the basic departments. For teaching rooms, tutorials, dissection hall, labs, and museums, all departments are nicely furnished, sufficiently, and effectively-equipped.

The college provides a five-year MBBS programme with a one-year internship at Ashiyan Medical College Hospital, as required by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council, resulting in a University of Dhaka MBBS degree. Each academic year, the academic session will begin in January or as specified by the government. The five-year MBBS programme is followed by a one-year rotatory internship based on a logbook.
