Chattogram International Medical College & Hospital (CIMC) is a non-profit medical college with a 250-bed Medical College Hospital that was founded in 2013 in Chandgaon, Chattogram, Bangladesh's main port city, with approval from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, People's Republic of Bangladesh, Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC), and affiliation from the University of Chittagong from the start and Chittagong Medical University from 2017.

According to the BMDC Curriculum, the college offers a 5-year MBBS graduate program followed by a one-year internship. The college's academic activities are overseen by a group of very dedicated, high-quality teachers who teach fundamental, paraclinical, and clinical topics. Professional examinations are administered independently by affiliating universities using a fully automated coding system.
